I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation by phone or video. During this conversation, we can discuss what is bringing you to counselling, your goals, and whether we might be a good fit for working together.
If you decide to move forward, I will send you a secure intake and consent form through my clinical software. I ask that these forms be completed before our first session so that I can learn more about you and your goals.

Together, we can determine a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable.
